Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to start a return

Log in to your account at account.shopsundayrange.com, select your order, and request a return. Once approved, we will email you return instructions and the return address. You can also reach us at ellie@shopsundayrange.com.

Please do not ship anything back before requesting a return. Packages sent without an approved request cannot be accepted. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Damages and issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us within 7 days and we will make it right.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards, custom or personalized pieces, and items marked final sale.

Exchanges

The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you either way. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

EU customers

Orders shipping to the European Union may be cancelled or returned within 14 days of delivery for any reason, under the same condition requirements above.
